Product Marketing Manager

 

Description:

The Product Marketing Manager IV will be responsible for driving market requirements and developing go-to-market strategies for the client's solutions across their advertiser interfaces. This includes assessing market needs, conducting research to influence new product development, evaluating approaches to mitigate product risks, and owning the go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional collaboration skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while navigating ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for Client's solutions across advertiser interfaces.

  • Assess market needs and conduct research to influence new product development.

  • Identify and mitigate product risks, ensuring smooth product launches.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence and drive resolution of competing perspectives.

  • Improve existing products based on market feedback and performance metrics.

  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Communicate effectively with technical, business, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years in technology or internet technology, strategic marketing, product management, or management consulting.

  • Skills:

    • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and resolving conflicts.

    • Analytical and data-driven decision-making with the ability to simplify and communicate complex issues.

    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

    • Experience with consumer platforms and managing product marketing for both B2C and B2B.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Top 3 Must-Have Hard Skills:

  • Strategic marketing with a consulting or MBA background.

  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Experience with consumer platform marketing.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Monetization experience for both B2C and B2B engagement.
