Product Owner

Description:

TechnoGen Inc., a Small & Woman-Owned Minority Business with GSA Advantage Certification, is seeking a Product Owner to lead and coordinate data engineering projects in the healthcare sector. This role is focused on data integration, Databricks, Python, and PySpark, with a preference for candidates with experience in Health Plan Rx/Pharmacy divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Lead cross-functional teams from design to delivery of fully-developed products.
📌 Monitor project performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, and resource additions.
📌 Conduct feasibility studies and field trials to identify product gaps and define requirements.
📌 Engage with customers to understand market needs and trends.
📌 Provide status updates and reports to functional leaders.
📌 Make independent decisions and resolve problems in ambiguous situations.

Key Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
✔ 7+ years of technical experience (preferably in Data Integration).
✔ 5+ years of leadership, project management, or product owner experience.
✔ Strong passion for improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

âž• Six Sigma Certification.
âž• Familiarity with Azure Databricks & PySpark.
âž• Experience in Health Plan Rx/Pharmacy divisions.
