Description:

Job Title: Product Owner

Duration: 12 months

Note: Need USC/GC/H4 EAD on W2 only

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams for the PBM Data Modernization project.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to define the vision, scope, and roadmap for the PBM modernization track.

* Convert complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies

* Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization activities to support cross-functional engineering teams.

* Act as Voice of the Customer (VoC) to ensure the product meets evolving needs from both regulatory and operational perspectives.

* Provide domain leadership in pharmacy systems, drug data models, and claims adjudication workflows.

* Identify, analyze, and document data transformation rules, legacy system mapping, and integration touchpoints.

* Partner with data engineers, solution architects, and QA leads to validate technical feasibility and alignment with business outcomes.

* Lead discussions with business product owners, compliance, and operational stakeholders across Humana to validate functional requirements and KPIs.

* Contribute to or create supporting documentation, such as data mapping spreadsheets, business requirement documents (BRDs), and test case definitions.

* Proactively identify gaps and propose improvements in processes, tools, and methodologies.
