Position Summary

The Production Associate will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of window components on the night shift. This role involves manual construction, handling insulated glass units, operating hand tools, performing quality checks, and ensuring smooth movement of materials within the production area. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced, physically demanding environment requiring frequent heavy lifting, standing, and walking on concrete surfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to manually assemble window units.

• Lift and place windows on build tables, roller racks, and trucks.

• Move production carts in and out of work areas.

• Assemble vinyl grids and process insulated glass units.

• Perform quality checks and audits, identifying and resolving production issues.

• Utilize production reports for planning and workflow management.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Ability to measure lengths accurately to 1/32".

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs continuously above shoulder and below waist level.

• Proficient in basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide, convert fractions to decimals.

• Ability to read and interpret statistical data, productivity reports, and written instructions.

• Comfortable with standing and walking on concrete for long periods.

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
