CW RESOURCES, INC., a national non-profit organization and part of CW Group, is seeking Production Workers to join their team in New Britain, CT. The role focuses on supporting daily production operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare workstations by organizing packing supplies, setting up equipment, and reviewing workflows.

• Rotate between tasks such as portioning materials, sealing containers, labeling boxes, and stacking finished products on pallets.

• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards, following food-safe handling procedures when required.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

• Follow instructions carefully to ensure consistent and accurate product packaging.

Qualifications:

• Strong willingness to learn new skills.

• Ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Awareness of safety procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a clean work environment.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

• Capable of meeting production quotas and deadlines.

Bonus Skills:

• Prior experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or packaging.

• Forklift experience (training available).

• Ability to perform simple calculations for packaging and inventory.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the facility.

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and perform repetitive motions such as bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

• Exposure to fluctuating temperatures, high noise levels, odors, and airborne particles.

• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, hairnets, masks, or safety glasses as required.

• Periodic climbing of stairs or ladders.
