Program Director

Description:

HCLTech is hiring a Program Director for its on-site operations in Melbourne, FL. This full-time leadership role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery and management of infrastructure projects to a major client, with a focus on strategy execution, cross-functional coordination, and client satisfaction.

The Program Director will oversee multiple project teams and ensure strategic alignment with client goals. Responsibilities include scoping projects, managing staffing, supervising deliverables, and driving innovation through AI, automation, and infrastructure optimization. A strong command of Agile methodologies, project tracking tools, and program financials is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multiple infrastructure projects with integrated design, user experience, and technology.

• Guide project managers in scoping, resource planning, and execution aligned with client requirements.

• Monitor deliverables across disciplines to ensure quality before client presentations.

• Apply Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies, adapting to program requirements and client dynamics.

• Oversee financials including estimating, tracking budgets, billing, revenue forecasting, and margin optimization.

• Build long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic advisor at senior levels.

• Identify broader business development opportunities and craft detailed Statements of Work and scope documents.

• Present strategies and deliverables effectively to internal leadership and clients.

• Lead escalations, resolve project conflicts, and influence decisions through strategic communication.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies in digital, AI, and infrastructure architecture.

• Manage day-to-day client interaction and deliver a high level of satisfaction.

• Foster an environment of team collaboration, growth, and continuous learning.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (required)

• MBA (preferred)

Certifications (Required/Preferred):

• PMP

• Industry Agile Certifications (SAFe, CSM, etc.)

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Project 365, Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira Software

• Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint

Communication & Leadership:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication across all organizational levels

• Ability to deliver compelling presentations and influence stakeholders

• Effective listener with the ability to address sensitive issues tactfully

• Strong mentorship and coaching capabilities

Travel:
