Description:
Apsida Life Science are currently partnered with a growing 400 headcount (250 employees in the US) biotechnology that are looking to appoint a Program Director Compound Development that will play a key role bringing the cross functional teams together. Our client are developing early phase solid tumor systematic radioligand therapy assets.
Responsibilities (not limited too):
- Provide oversight, leadership, and strategy to our client’s early phase FIH portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage development projects from pre-IND, to clinical trial execution.
- Manage project timelines.
- Identify and qualify potential vendors, contractors, and partners, including CROs, CDMOs and hospitals.
- Liaise with global team to discuss In-licensing opportunities.
- Manage project data.
- Facilitate general business discussions and project management operations.
- Drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Advanced life science degree (MD, PhD, MSc, BSc etc etc)
- Experience with Radiopharmaceutical therapeutics (essential)
- Strong understanding of clinical strategy.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset.
- Candidates must have the rights to live and work in the US.
- Experience working with radioactive isotopes and imaging technologies (preferred)
