Description:
The candidate will be required to travel to Austin or another company campus approximately once per quarter. Travel expenses will be covered.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution:
- Own and manage lifecycle activities for multiple projects, including planning, requirements gathering, collaboration with technology teams, UAT planning and execution, project closing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Deliver across a portfolio of FP&A projects while managing executive stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Automation:
- Lead automation initiatives to streamline financial statement processes, making them more efficient and accurate.
- Design and implement processes and tools to enhance financial operations.
Stakeholder & Communication Management:
- Serve as a trusted consultant, partnering with various FP&A teams.
- Effectively communicate project updates, risks, and progress to key stakeholders.
- Document and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience, ideally within 5-7 years, with a maximum of 20 years if adaptable to the role.
- Recent experience must align with the required skill set.
- PMO experience with demonstrated performance and deliverables in previous roles.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Strong project management skills and experience using a PMO toolkit.
- Expertise in PMO software such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and SharePoint.
- General finance knowledge is required; FP&A understanding is a plus.
- Exposure to cloud-based technology, such as AWS, is beneficial but not mandatory.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities and experience in documentation and process improvements.
