Description:

Anduril Industries is a defense tech company transforming military capabilities with advanced AI, autonomy, sensor fusion, and networking. The Tactical Recon & Strike team focuses on aerial small drones and related equipment (products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius).

As Program Manager, you will lead day-to-day coordination and execution of program initiatives working closely with Chief Engineer and Product Managers. The role covers full program ownership from proposal to end-of-contract support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contract execution, compliance, renewals, and amendments.

  • Lead proposal development including cost analysis and scope review.

  • Maintain and cultivate customer relationships; address issues and expand opportunities.

  • Identify and manage contractual risks with mitigation plans.

  • Monitor program performance, budget, invoicing, and revenue.

  • Plan and execute demonstrations and events aligned with company goals.

  • Coordinate weekly project meetings with engineering teams.

  • Proactively resolve problems and escalate as needed.

  • Ensure clear communication across technical teams on program requirements.

  • Hold internal teams accountable for deadlines and deliverables.


Required Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in a technical field plus 5+ years professional experience.

  • Ability to deliver technical and programmatic presentations to leadership and customers.

  • Comfortable with dynamic, ambiguous environments.

  • Adaptive, willing to learn, lead, teach, and follow.

  • Skilled at driving cross-functional coordination and collaboration.

  • Able to work in limited resource environments.

  • Must be eligible to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

  • Willing to travel 25–50% as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Science or Engineering discipline strongly preferred.

  • Current Top Secret clearance strongly preferred.

  • Experience leading high-profile, high-stakes programs with strong customer interaction.

  • Experience working on mission-critical DoD systems.

  • Experience building and managing cross-functional teams.
