Emerson, a global leader in automation solutions and technology, is seeking a Lean Enterprise Program Manager to join its team in Shakopee, MN. This full-time hybrid role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the transformation of Emerson’s global supply chain operations by driving lean and six sigma initiatives across critical projects. The role sits at the intersection of process optimization, team leadership, and strategic improvement planning.

The selected candidate will manage enterprise-wide supply chain performance initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools to enhance supplier efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality and delivery standards. You’ll play a central role in identifying training needs, coaching teams, and ensuring continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide lean and six sigma project management support to Global Supply Chain teams.

• Lead cross-functional teams through structured improvement projects to optimize supplier and internal processes.

• Drive continuous improvement using industry-proven methodologies focused on speed, quality, and cost efficiency.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops on Lean/Six Sigma methodologies for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Identify key improvement opportunities based on supply chain metrics and develop strategic action plans.

• Define training needs, curate course material, and facilitate workshops tailored to the needs of various departments.

• Act as a change leader across teams by instilling operational excellence principles.

• Serve as a coach and mentor to team members undergoing lean certification or performance improvement activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence roles.

• Formal Lean and/or Six Sigma training (certification preferred).

• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.

• Lean/Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) highly desired.
