JOB DETAILS

🔹 Rate: $72/hour (USD)
🔹 Visa: USC / GC / GC EAD / H1B / H4 EAD
🔹 Mandatory: Valid US Driver's License

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Drive strategic technology programs and initiatives
✅ Partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams and senior leadership
✅ Lead technical discussions, program planning and execution
✅ Manage program risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation plans
✅ Drive governance, communications and change management
✅ Influence cross-functional teams and ensure sustained resource engagement
✅ Track KPIs, program metrics and executive-level reporting
✅ Support marketing technology strategy and digital customer engagement initiatives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
• 12–15 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong program/project management expertise
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
• Experience navigating ambiguity and influencing without authority
• Strong governance, risk management and leadership capabilities
• Familiarity with the Customer Marketing Technology ecosystem and related programs is preferred
