Program Manager – Financial Transformation

Client is undergoing a financial transformation with a large JDE upgrade led by an external SI. They need a hands-on, technically fluent Program Manager (ideally with a consulting background—e.g., PwC) to govern two third-party partners, establish/streamline program processes, and drive outcomes with executive-level communication.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Own program governance across a major JDE upgrade and related finance transformation.
Manage third-party SIs (two vendors) for delivery, scope, milestones, and risk.
Stand up/optimize processes, cadence, reporting, RAID logs, KPIs.
Deliver executive-level reporting (Leadership & potential C-Suite readouts).
Coordinate across JDE, Oracle, SAP, ERP ecosystem.
🔧 Must-Have Experience
Program Management for large-scale ERP transformations.
Strong vendor/SI management (multi-vendor coordination).
Consulting DNA (process discipline, exec presence, structure).
Technical fluency across JDE/Oracle/SAP/ERP landscapes.
Available to start within 2 weeks and work 100% onsite in Miami.
