Program Support Supervisor

Description:

Required Qualifications:

• High school graduation or equivalent AND three years of applicable experience in the program specialty; OR equivalent education/experience. Program Specialty: survey research, data collection, staff supervision.
• Ability to work Sunday-Thursday 12:00pm to 9:00pm.
• Ability to physically work at the Research Park in Pullman
• Ability to travel.
• Ability to lift 5-30 lbs repetitively and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to bend, twist, push, pull, crouch, kneel and stoop.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent experience with survey/data collection.
• Proficient at Voxco or other Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) software. Familiar with how to compile a Data Entry Code Book, and report review and preparation.
