Description:
As a valuable member of our University Advancement team, you will contribute your problem-solving skills, interface development expertise, and programming knowledge to support our efforts in alumni relations, donor management, and contribution records. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing, testing, and refining processes and reports to support various Advancement initiatives, such as donation and membership processing, data integrity maintenance, and ad hoc information requests.
- Utilizing MS SQL database tools to design, develop, and implement custom reports and respond to ad hoc data requests.
- Debugging reports and programs when issues arise, while also assisting in process automation and improvement efforts.
- Providing support to end users in navigating the database, locating records, and using existing reports.
- Maintaining thorough documentation for all applications and systems.
