Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Controls/Closeout Coordinator to support AT&T telecom projects in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on the financial, administrative, and documentation aspects of construction projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completion of closeout deliverables. AT&T telecom project experience is mandatory for consideration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project plans, schedules, and progress reports.

• Process and review project documentation and forms with accuracy.

• Maintain and update project trackers, third-party tracking tools, and internal databases.

• Collect, validate, and maintain project data throughout its lifecycle.

• Oversee project invoicing, ensuring all billing activities align with procurement and financial policies.

• Act as liaison between National Project Accountants and Procurement for streamlined financial operations.

• Participate in internal meetings and provide critical administrative support.

• Serve as the main point of contact for project status updates and internal communications.

• Analyze project data and generate action plans for team members.

• Create and present detailed project reports for internal teams.

• Collaborate with Accounting, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable teams to identify and implement process improvements.

• Perform additional duties and special assignments as directed.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in telecom project controls, especially within AT&T-related projects.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

• Familiarity with the full Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

• Demonstrated analytical thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a virtual team setting.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Self-starter able to manage tasks independently in a remote work environment.

Pay Range:

💵 $31.25/hour (commensurate with experience)
