Description:
The Project Coordinator supports the Carnegie Account Management team as well as individual client accounts engaging in website projects. In this role, they are responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of active projects. The Project Coordinator also works in concert with the Web Strategy, Content, UX, Design, Development, and Support teams. Successful Project Coordinators will develop strong relationships with Account Managers and with cross-functional internal teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs. - Efficiently facilitate, manage expectations for, and coordinate web projects, including but not limited to web audits, user experience mapping, usability testing, Google Analytics, governance consulting, information architecture, content models, wireframing, copywriting, design, search engine optimization, front-end development, CMS implementation and training, content migration, quality assurance testing, website personalization and attribution, maintenance, hosting, and support
- Operate in a supporting capacity for all matters specific to assigned accounts, coordinate all resourcing, timelining, planning, and task management activities using Asana project management software, shared Google Docs/Sheets/Calendar/Drive, Slack, and Harvest time tracking
- Draft strategic account documentation, including client briefs, creative briefs, and postmortems.
- Input financial documentation and invoice scheduling for assigned accounts
- Work collaboratively with Carnegie team members to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of deliverables to internal stakeholders while ensuring smooth transitions and consistent communication
