Description:

To actively contribute to the company vision of making holiday dreams come true by effective and efficient operation of their designated sales site through ensuring defined targets are met monthly and annually.

The Project Director Owner Enhancements is responsible for the financial management, sales staff development and retention, internal and external customer satisfaction and creating a positive community relationships. Additionally, this position is responsible for completion of business development and project functions as designated by the SVP Sales from time to time.

  • Effectively administer and openly support all Company and sales policies and guidelines
  • Deliver the required sales targets for the site
  • Represent the Company in an ethical, moral and professional manner at all times
  • Provide appropriate training, education and performance monitoring for sales team
  • Manage the performance of sales staff and take corrective action where required
  • Ensure that the sales team participate in regular, productive sales meetings
  • Lead by example in both professional and personal conduct
  • Be up to date with and ensure the sales site conforms to industry and Company best practices
  • Work proactively to support all Company marketing programs and ensure sales staff are educated on marketing strategies and site generated lead targets are met
  • Establish a positive team attitude towards exceeding site generated lead objectives
  • Ensure the sales management team provides a positive interface with all on-site and corporate departments and actively supports the Developer Representative’s recommendations
  • Utilise sales, marketing and fiscal reports to assist in managing the site profitability
  • Ensure that a safe and healthy work environment is provided for all employees and guests
  • Actively supporting and modelling compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Completion of timely projects, and business development initiatives as identified through trends, business requirements and operational changes.
  • Liaision with key stakeholders in order to ensure initiatives are communicated, incepted and reviewed for continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure currency of required permits, licenses certifications etc. to enable sales operations
  • Ensure all employees stay current with required government licenses, work permits, etc.
  • Employees must ensure they comply with WVRAP’s OH&S Policy, procedures and any reasonable instruction given by WVRAP.
  • Employees must not wilfully place at risk the health and safety of themselves or any other persons in the workplace and to not wilfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety.
  • Display a Count On Me! service to all internal and external parties.
  • Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products.
  • Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise.
