Project Engineer

Description:

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide hybrid telehealth and in-person therapy sessions in Media, PA. Clinicians will deliver care to children, adolescents, and potentially couples/families, focusing on high-quality, client-centered mental health support.

The organization supports clinicians with administrative, billing, scheduling, and marketing resources, allowing focus on therapy and professional growth. Clinicians may also pursue clinical leadership or supervisory roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy sessions to children and adolescents, and potentially couples/families.

• Deliver care via telehealth and in-person sessions.

• Maintain high-quality documentation and adhere to clinical standards.

• Participate in professional development, peer consultations, and internal mentorship.

• Support Thriveworks’ mission to transform mental health care.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania.

• Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided.

• Experience in Child and Adolescent therapy; Play Therapy experience preferred.

• Ability to see 25+ sessions per week for stipend eligibility.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $100,300/year, based on licensure, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

• $7,500 ramp stipend for 25+ clinical hours/week.
