Ready to take the next step in your civil engineering career? We’re looking for a Project Engineer – Civil/Land Development to join a dynamic and growing team working on impactful infrastructure and land development projects across Texas!

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Designing grading, drainage, utility, and roadway plans
✅ Preparing construction documents and technical reports
✅ Collaborating with project managers, architects, and surveyors
✅ Supporting permitting and regulatory approvals
✅ Creating designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D
✅ Performing engineering calculations and quantity takeoffs
✅ Participating in QA/QC reviews and site visits

🎓 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
✔ PE License (Required)
✔ 3–5 years of civil engineering experience in land development or infrastructure
✔ Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
✔ Solid understanding of grading, stormwater, and utility design
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft 365

⭐ Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with municipalities or public agencies
Hydrology/hydraulics knowledge
Erosion control & drainage design experience
GIS or additional engineering software skills
Familiarity with Texas/local permitting processes
