Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple commercial renovation projects within occupied and existing buildings, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
- Oversee project teams, including project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Work closely with ownership to shape the company’s future operations strategy, identifying process improvements and growth opportunities.
- Take an active role in preconstruction, budgeting, and contract negotiations to ensure successful project execution.
- Mentor and develop team members, preparing the next wave of leaders within the organization.
- Contribute to overall business development efforts, helping to secure new projects and expand our footprint in the market.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on heavy renovations and adaptive reuse projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence, mentor, and inspire teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal red tape.
- Strong client-facing skills with a track record of building long-term relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required if experience is strong).
