Project Manager

Description:

Technology Solutions is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to help guide technology-focused projects to successful completion. PM will work on concurrent projects with the technical responsibilities of managing the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases of a project. In addition, the project manager demonstrates the level of soft skills needed to build, guide and support the project team, while displaying a servant leadership attitude. The PM will bring a level of experience, flexibility in adapting PMI-regimented processes to our environment, and ideas to grow the value delivered by project managers to the University.

Primary responsibilities include the following:

• Direct, plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously by employing the appropriate project management framework and tools to create the best path to meet the intended business value and goals.
• Create and direct overall project management plans while managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and promote the health of the project throughout its lifecycle.
• Build and develop project teams to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
• Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders by providing updates on project status and changes
