Description:

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Project Management:** Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from conceptual design through construction administration, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

2. **Design Development:** Develop creative and functional landscape designs that meet client needs, local regulations, and environmental sustainability goals.

3. **Client Collaboration:** Work closely with clients to understand their vision and goals, and effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.

4. **Coordination:** Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and planners, to integrate landscape architecture into comprehensive design projects.

5. **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, obtaining necessary permits and approvals.

6. **Construction Oversight:** Provide construction administration services, including site visits, contractor coordination, and quality control to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts.

**Qualifications:**

1. **Professional Licensure:** Registered Landscape Architect with Pennsylvania licensure.

2. **Education:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.

3. **Experience:** 2 years of relevant experience in landscape architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.

4. **Software Proficiency:** Proficient in industry-standard design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Procore, Bluebeam, Dynascape, etc.).

5. **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and project teams.
