Our process has yielded award-winning work at various scales in commercial, residential, and community space sectors. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for stewarding STITCH’s Client Experience across a wide range of projects and mediums. Our ideal candidate will collaborate with the client and entire team to deliver spaces that tell the client’s story and serve current and future needs. Through our crossover team structure, the candidate will feel empowered to do their best work, grow to new heights, and further develop our inclusive studio culture. Qualifications:

• 8 or more years of experience in the field of Architecture
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Architecture
• Hold professional license as an Architect
• Familiarity with Revit and SketchUp
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team independently, provide mentorship and lead team development
• Creative problem solver with a passion for design and attention to detail
• Strong project management skills (client management, proposals, fees, etc.)
• Strong graphic, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to present ideas and strategies quickly, thoughtfully, and concisely. Ability to cultivate and develop client relationships.
