Key team member attributes of this position include:

• Extensive knowledge of commercial renewable energy systems, either through system installation, design, maintenance, or education
• Familiarity with applicable California and Division of State Architect (DSA) electrical and building codes pertaining to PV solar and BESS systems
• Willingness to engage in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
• A high level of pride in producing a quality product
• High level of motivation
• Attention to detail
• Communicative responsiveness both between the internal team, the A/E team, and to a Client's request for input or information
