Project Manager

Description:

We are hiring a full-time Project Manager in Chicago. Qualified candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience in project management (more junior role). Prospective candidates must have experience tracking both large and small-scale projects. Strong communication skills and timely follow-ups are essential.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that align with business objectives in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Create comprehensive project plans to share with clients and team members.
- Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure that project milestones are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Continuously monitor project progress and generate detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, including milestones and deliverables.
- Proactively communicate the project's status, including any issues and risks involved.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting to ensure projects are completed within the approved budget.
- Identify and minimize project risks throughout the project lifecycle
