Description:

The Project Manager oversees Site Superintendents in daily activities and is ultimately responsible for the entire project. Responsibilities include writing proposals, estimating costs, value engineering, subcontractor/vendor solicitation, and developing and adhering to a construction schedule and budget.

  • 5+ years of work experience in management, project development, and/or design-build construction
  • Experience on large commercial construction projects

  • Proficiency in Acrobat, design, project coordination, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High school diploma required
