Project Manager

Description:

🔌 Nickle Electrical is looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee large-scale jobs ranging from $500K to $2.5M and ensure they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Plan, organize, and manage electrical projects from start to finish

✔️ Conduct pre-construction and post-project review meetings

✔️ Prepare and manage project estimates, schedules, and cost reports

✔️ Coordinate with clients, GCs, field staff, and vendors

✔️ Lead and support on-site foremen and field operations

✔️ Monitor labor hours, productivity, and material use

✔️ Enforce OSHA and Nickle safety protocols on job sites

✔️ Manage contracts, change orders, billing, and close-out procedures

✔️ Maintain strong client relationships and address concerns promptly

✔️ Promote a safe, efficient, and positive jobsite culture

📌 Qualifications:

• Journeyman License or 4-year Electrical Apprenticeship
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, NFPA codes, safety procedures
• OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred)
• Must have valid driver’s license and be willing to travel throughout the Tri-State area
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, estimating software, and project management tools
