Broadridge, a leading financial services company, is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager (GCIS) with expertise in infrastructure and cloud technologies. This hybrid role is based in Edgewood, NY, and offers a competitive salary along with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading high-impact, technology-driven infrastructure projects across departments, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. You will handle multiple concurrent projects, identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and maintain standardized reporting dashboards. The role demands a collaborative mindset, leadership acumen, and a strong ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans; resolve issues and remove roadblocks.

• Collaborate across cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Software Engineering, QA, Business, and Product Management.

• Lead projects to successful completion with clear reporting and metric tracking.

• Assess risks, manage scope changes, and ensure alignment with budget and timelines.

• Drive urgency and accountability across teams.

• Deliver comprehensive status updates to senior management.

• Manage client expectations and maintain satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a strong infrastructure background.

• Proven success leading complex or concurrent technical projects.

• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint.

• PMP and/or Scrum Master certification preferred.

• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $120000 – $140000 per year ($10000 – $11667 per month)

• Bonus Eligibility: Yes
