Net2Source (N2S), an award-winning global workforce solutions company with operations in 32 countries, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager – BlueCherry Software for one of its clients in New York, NY. This is a full-time, permanent, and fully on-site position. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and managing IT projects, particularly overseeing the transition from a legacy ERP system to BlueCherry.

The ideal candidate should be both technical and functional, with hands-on expertise in managing ERP implementations, system configurations, and user training. They will serve as the primary point of contact for all BlueCherry-related issues, ensuring successful system integration, customization, and ongoing support for in-house users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ERP and IT projects focused on BlueCherry software.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all BlueCherry-related concerns.

• Oversee system configuration, customization, maintenance, and user support.

• Work closely with in-house users to ensure smooth adoption and functionality.

• Provide training and support to end-users on BlueCherry ERP.

• Drive the transition from the old ERP system to BlueCherry.

• Ensure project milestones are met within time and budget.

• Maintain clear documentation and communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5–8+ years of IT project management experience.

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with BlueCherry ERP.

• Must have successfully led at least 2 full-cycle BlueCherry installations.

• Strong technical and functional ERP expertise.

• Excellent project management and leadership skills.

• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
