Project Manager

Description:

Collectors is a leading company providing grading, authentication, and value-added services for collectibles worldwide. The Parcel Program Project Manager will lead the optimization of shipping and transportation programs across domestic and international locations. This strategic role focuses on cost-efficiency, reliability, and service excellence in end-to-end shipping processes, collaborating closely with operations, logistics, finance, and vendor partners.

Responsibilities:

• Execute high ROI global parcel program projects and initiatives

• Manage domestic and international parcel shipping programs

• Partner with carriers and vendors to negotiate contracts and maximize efficiency

• Track and analyze shipping costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities

• Standardize inbound/outbound shipping procedures across all facilities

• Develop detailed performance reporting on carriers, vendors, and logistics operations

• Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to ensure scalable shipping processes

• Stay current on shipping regulations and trends, focusing on high-value and sensitive items

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Strong negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with carrier/vendor relationship management

• Familiarity with shipping regulations, especially high-value items

• Data-driven decision-making skills

• Proship experience is a plus

• Highly effective communicator and collaborator
