E2 Optics, one of America’s fastest-growing and award-winning women-owned low voltage solution providers, is seeking a Senior Data Center Project Manager to oversee and drive large-scale projects. This role involves managing all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to closure, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery while maintaining compliance with contractual, safety, and quality standards. As a senior leader, you will serve as an ambassador for E2 Optics, strategically aligning resources and fostering client partnerships to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of project management, from planning through execution and closeout.

• Ensure safety remains the top priority by implementing comprehensive risk and safety management programs.

• Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to quality, schedule, and budget.

• Develop and implement effective installation strategies using industry best practices.

• Align business objectives and allocate resources strategically to meet client expectations.

• Promote company core values and contribute to a strong, family-centric culture.

• Operate equipment such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, and telehandlers if required.

• Manage multiple large-scale data center projects while ensuring compliance with safety and contractual standards.

• Travel as required to oversee project execution and support client needs.

Qualifications:

• Education: BS in Project Management or Construction Management preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

• Experience: 7–10 years of project management experience in structured cabling and integrated systems projects.

• Certifications: BICSI RCDD, BICSI RTPM, or PMP preferred; additional BICSI certifications (Installer, Technician, etc.) are a plus.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of construction technologies, project and change management, and safety/quality standards. Ability to manage diverse contractual arrangements and multiple large-scale projects.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
The role requires both office and construction site presence, including physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders up to 20 feet, and working in confined spaces when needed. Regular and reliable attendance is required, along with the ability to travel overnight as needed.
