Description:

Cyber Coders is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager specializing in commercial doors and hardware to lead the end-to-end management of multiple projects. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of commercial door systems, project planning, and client coordination.

The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project delivery, from estimating and bidding to execution and final delivery. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring that all project requirements are met with the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage several commercial door projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedules, resources, risk management, and communication strategies.

• Monitor project performance, adjust plans where needed, and provide consistent updates to stakeholders.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.

• Conduct on-site visits to maintain quality control and verify adherence to specifications.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Utilize project management software such as Procore to track milestones and maintain documentation.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the commercial doors and hardware industry.

• In-depth knowledge of doors, frames, and hardware, with expertise in leading brands such as ASSA ABLOY, Allegion, Schlage, Von Duprin, and Ceco.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster collaboration across stakeholders.

• Proficiency with project management software (Procore preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
