Talent Sphere Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to take ownership of high-value projects in Austin, TX. This is an opportunity to work with a nationally recognized commercial roofing and building envelope contractor known for managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects across the U.S. The ideal candidate will thrive in dynamic environments, take initiative, and lead project teams to deliver quality results while ensuring safety and cost controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage roofing and envelope projects valued between $1M to $10M+.

• Oversee all aspects of project execution including safety, scheduling, and cost control.

• Lead projects in secure and sensitive facilities such as hospitals, government buildings, and educational institutions.

• Collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve challenges in real-time.

• Evaluate post-project performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial roofing or envelope projects.

• Hands-on knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal systems, and waterproofing.

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, The Edge, and Microsoft Office.

• Experience managing projects in occupied or high-security environments.

• OSHA 30 or 500 certification required; LEED or EM 385 certification is a plus.

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Open to relocating to Austin, TX.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $90,000 – $120,000 + annual bonuses.
