Engineering Industries eXcellence (IndX) is a rapidly expanding organization seeking a PLM Project Manager to join their dynamic and innovative team. This 100% remote position involves leading multiple service projects—medium to large in scale—that drive customer value through the implementation of PLM Teamcenter and related digital enterprise solutions.

The selected candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, overseeing all aspects of project delivery including planning, execution, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. You will ensure all project activities align with the defined objectives, schedules, and budgets, while maintaining compliance with company standards and quality measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete project lifecycles of PLM Teamcenter implementations for external clients.

• Take full ownership of customer contracts, including risks, opportunities, and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress proactively, identifying and resolving issues to maintain timelines and quality standards.

• Develop and execute project communication and escalation plans, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.

• Lead project risk management and maintain comprehensive issue logs with actionable insights.

• Enforce robust change management procedures, including documentation, evaluation, and pricing of project scope changes.

• Manage procurement, acceptance testing, commissioning, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.

• Conduct project quality management and ensure compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Perform project retrospectives and integrate lessons learned into organizational practices.

• Collaborate with Sales and Program Managers to align project outcomes with customer value realization goals.

• Identify potential upsell opportunities within ongoing projects and report to business development teams.

• Drive project teams and clients toward achieving measurable value and agreed KPIs.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience leading IT and manufacturing solution implementations, preferably Teamcenter PLM solutions.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills with an analytical mindset.

• Excellent communication abilities to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and related project tracking tools.

• Solid financial understanding for project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

• Familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, or Kanban methodologies.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with industry standards.

• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills, with the ability to navigate diverse perspectives effectively.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology (or equivalent experience of 10+ years).

• Project Management certification (PMI, IPMA, or equivalent) preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% as required for project execution and client engagement.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
