Description:

The Project Manager provides guests with an exceptional dining experience by delivering warm customer service, preparing and serving food, and ensuring a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. Team members work in a fast-paced setting and may rotate between front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen duties. Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service

  • Greet guests warmly and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

  • Serve food accurately and efficiently.

  • Handle payments and operate the cash register.

Food & Operations

  • Follow Panda’s Operations Standards to ensure fresh, high-quality food.

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Prepare hot and cold food using kitchen equipment (e.g., Chinese cook knife).

  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold store appearance expectations.

Team Collaboration

  • Work effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

  • Maintain a positive, fun, and supportive team environment.


Qualifications:

  • Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused.

  • Some high school education.

  • Food Handler certification may be required (depending on local regulations; obtained at applicant’s expense).

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Able to work in hot, noisy, and fast-paced environments.

  • Effective verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage conflicts and adapt to changing priorities.

Additional Requirements (ADA & Physical Conditions):

  • Must work quickly without losing accuracy.
