Key Requirements:
✅ 7+ years of experience in project planning, scope definition, business cases, and project management methodologies.
✅ 7+ years of experience in project status reporting and executive stakeholder communication.
✅ 7+ years of experience preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and project communications.
✅ 7+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects involving multiple organizations and vendors.
✅ 5+ years of Project Management experience in a state or federal government environment.
✅ 5+ years of experience managing teams of 15+ project participants, resolving conflicts, and negotiating priorities

Preferred Candidate Profile:
🔹 Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Experience with enterprise IT projects, application development, software implementation, or technology infrastructure.
🔹 Excellent communication, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
