Property Manager

Description:

MSP Commercial, a leading commercial real estate firm with over 20 years of expertise in the development, project management, and property management of healthcare facilities, is seeking a highly skilled and independent Property Manager to join its growing team. The selected candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of healthcare and industrial properties, overseeing daily operations, financial activities, tenant relations, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Operations: Conduct routine property inspections, recommend or approve necessary repairs, maintenance, and capital improvements. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements.

• Tenant & Vendor Relations: Maintain strong tenant partnerships by responding promptly and professionally to their needs. Foster strong vendor and contractor relationships.

• Vendor Management: Supervise vendor contracts, monitor compliance, and manage procurement for services as needed.

• Financial Management: Prepare annual operating budgets and monthly financial statements, approve invoices, and oversee rent collection and accounts receivable processes.

• Development & Engagement: Actively participate in real estate industry organizations and educational programs, particularly in healthcare facility management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field.

• Real Estate Salesperson license required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant property management experience.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Experience in healthcare property management is a strong plus.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
