Description:
Colliers is seeking a Property Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring operational efficiency, financial performance, and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, demonstrating superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to property management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
Respond promptly to tenant needs and ensure lease obligations are met.
Prepare annual budgets and conduct tenant reconciliations.
Oversee operations tasks, including service contracts, tenant improvements, property inspections, and recommendations for process improvement.
Share innovative ideas to continually enhance property management practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
5–7 years of experience in commercial real estate.
Experience with capital improvement projects.
Professional designation: CPM (Certified Property Manager) or RPA (Real Property Administrator).
Strong understanding of financial reports, including analysis of variances between actual and budgeted numbers.
Proficiency in real estate software such as Yardi or MRI.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Valid driver’s license and a clear motor vehicle record (MVR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in construction management.
Knowledge of contract and leasing agreements.
Experience managing staff.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $67,500 – $105,000 per year (based on role, level, location, skills, experience, and education).
