REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or related field.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with others in a team based environment
• Strong Microsoft Excel background/skills .

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Skills: Large company experience, particularly in an organization with multiple business units
• Years of Experience: 2+ years’ provider compensation experience and/or healthcare experience within a related field.
• Ability to comprehend complex quantitative information that is confidential in nature and exercise necessary discretion.
