Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapy using various evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, etc.).

• Prescribe and manage medications responsibly, ensuring ongoing care and follow-up.

• Maintain a consistent caseload of approximately 50 patients per week.

• Offer crisis intervention and emotional/behavioral counseling.

• Attend regular group supervision, peer case discussions, educational sessions, and optional psychiatrist-led office hours.

• Participate in a co-learning and collaborative work culture that promotes continued development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN)

• Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

• Active New York State license as a CRNP/APRN and RN

• Active DEA license

• Additional licenses in NJ, CT, or MA preferred

• Minimum of 1 year post-licensure experience in outpatient settings

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and intermediate computer proficiency

• Must reside in one of the following states: CT, FL, GA, KS, KY, MD, MA, MI, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, or TX

Compensation & Employment Details:

• Salary Range: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (equivalent to $9166 – $12500 per month)

• Bonus Potential: Up to $2,000 per quarter based on clinical excellence

• Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2, Exempt

• Start Date: October 2025

• Work Schedule: Customized per provider, between 7 AM – 9 PM (M–F) and 9 AM – 5 PM (Sat); includes 4+ hours in evenings/weekends

• On-call: Not required, but email monitoring on unscheduled days is expected
