Rivia Mind, a psychiatrist-owned and compassion-driven mental health practice, is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) licensed in New York State to join their remote clinical team. Rivia Mind delivers care across NY, NJ, CT, FL, and MA with a mission to go beyond symptom management by addressing the full spectrum of human experience through science-based, patient-centered approaches.

In this full-time, remote position, the PMHNP will provide high-quality psychotherapy and psychopharmacology to a diverse patient population via telehealth. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based psychiatric care, including intake evaluations, psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, MI, etc.), and medication management.

• Maintain a standard weekly caseload of 50 patients with a mix of 25- and 45-minute sessions.

• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary care model, participating in weekly supervision, education meetings, and case presentations.

• Prescribe medications appropriately and follow up with patients to monitor progress and address side effects.

• Provide crisis counseling and behavioral support when needed.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in accordance with clinical standards.

• Foster a positive, engaged, and collaborative team culture.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing (or higher)

• Board Certification: PMHNP-BC (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner)

• Active RN and CRNP/APRN licenses in New York (required)

• Valid DEA license in good standing

• Additional licenses in NJ, CT, or MA preferred

• Minimum 1 year of post-licensure experience providing psychotherapy and medication management

• Experience in outpatient care and telehealth environments

• Intermediate technical/computer skills and familiarity with EHR and online collaboration tools

Additional Details:

• Bonus Potential: Up to $2000 per quarter based on performance metrics

• Work Schedule: Flexible hours Monday–Saturday with at least 4 hours in evenings or weekends; no on-call requirement
