As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an engaging in-store experience, building strong customer relationships, and helping clients design furniture that fits their homes and lifestyles. This role requires energy, adaptability, and a passion for sustainability and customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers using Lovesac’s selling techniques to create a personalized shopping experience.

  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Educate customers on product features and benefits, ensuring satisfaction from first interest to purchase.

  • Manage customer quotes, close sales, and nurture long-term customer relationships.

  • Perform outreach using company-provided tools and communication methods.

  • Resolve customer issues quickly to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

  • Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and welcoming environment.

  • Oversee store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, promotions, and compliance.

  • Use sales data, reports, and CRM tools to support business operations.

  • Safely handle and assemble furniture as needed.


Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience.

  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to use sales technology and CRM systems.

  • Ability to travel locally as needed to support omni-channel customer experience.

  • Must be able to move or assemble furniture up to 75 lbs, and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, kneeling, and climbing.

  • Demonstrate integrity, judgment, and customer privacy protection in all transactions.
