Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care including ICU, clinic, and general hospital rounds on a structured block schedule.

• Perform advanced procedures including EBUS and Ion Robotic Bronchoscopy (if trained).

• Collaborate closely with advanced practice providers (APPs) and a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals.

• Participate in the continued growth and success of a collegial, mission-driven medical team in a nonprofit, PSLF-eligible hospital system.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and professional development while maintaining top-tier patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine

• Eligible for licensure in California

• Training in EBUS or Ion Robotic Bronchoscopy (preferred)

• Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset

• Commitment to high-quality, patient-focused care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base compensation of $525,000

• Productivity-based incentives with significant earning potential
