📌 Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with a strong background in investment banking and fixed income products. This hybrid role requires the candidate to work onsite in New York for 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will have experience working on the trading floor, proficiency in Python and C#, and a basic understanding of finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain software solutions in a front-office trading environment
Work on the Fixed Income products (any product) and understand their market requirements
Write efficient Python code and work with C# for trading applications
Collaborate with the trading team to improve systems and tools
Support and enhance Excel-based models and tools
Troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems in real-time trading situations
Required Skills:
Strong experience working in front-office trading environments
Expertise in Python and C#
Experience with Fixed Income products (any product)
Proficiency in understanding and working with Excel spreadsheets
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Strong analytical skills for problem-solving
Basic knowledge of finance and market instruments
Willingness to work 5 days onsite in New York, NY
Qualifications:
US Citizenship required (No H1B)
5+ years of experience in a related role
Experience with trading floor and front office teams
Solid understanding of Fixed Income and financial products
