Python Developer

Description:

US Tech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Python Developer to join our Infrastructure Automation Team in Alpharetta, GA. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and enhancing automation solutions that improve internal productivity and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers to build RESTful applications, design scalable infrastructure systems, and contribute to the evolution of the organization’s Infrastructure as Code (IaC) framework.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, deep knowledge of SQLAlchemy ORM, and familiarity with Terraform and Linux-based environments. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex automation challenges and wants to make a significant impact by enabling faster and more efficient software delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful web services and automation tools using Python and Flask frameworks.

• Leverage SQLAlchemy ORM for database integration and optimized data operations.

• Create and manage Terraform modules and configurations to strengthen Infrastructure as Code initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate automation and self-service capabilities across systems.

• Develop secure, efficient, and maintainable scripts for system provisioning, monitoring, and configuration management.

• Participate actively in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical documentation.

• Identify process bottlenecks and propose automation solutions to enhance productivity.

• Engage in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) including design, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python, Flask, and SQLAlchemy ORM.

• Hands-on experience with Paramiko for remote system automation.

• Strong understanding of Terraform, Git, and Linux command-line operations.

• Solid grasp of RESTful API development, object-oriented programming, and software design principles.

• Experience in infrastructure automation, DevOps, or cloud-based deployments.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other major cloud platforms.

• Experience in containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.

• Prior experience contributing to Infrastructure as Code and automation pipelines.

• Strong passion for improving engineering processes and delivering scalable solutions.
