Session Delivery products serve the enterprise customers in providing End-to-End Security, QoS and service availability for Voice, Video and Unified Communication networks.

This position is for Principal Software Quality Assurance Engineer whose responsibilities include Unified Communications & Network Monitoring Products and Solution Integration with Session Delivery ACME Flagship Products.

As Principal Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you are responsible for:

• Responsible for overall Product Quality
• Responsible for testing SBC software features for various software releases
• Responsible for writing detailed test plans based on Functional Specs and applicable RFC
• Resposnsible for reproducing defects reported by customers
• Collaborate with wider QA and Development teams to ensure proper quality of software
• Write automation in TCL or Python for all manner of testing

Qualifications And Skills

• B.S.in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years QA Experience, preferably in Telecom Domain
• Should be able to write detailed testplans
• Some experience with SIP, TCP/IP protocols, RTP is needed
• Some Knowledge of IPSEC,TLS,SRTP,VoLTE,IMS is desirable
• Hands-on experience with automation in PERL or TCL or PYTHON
• Some experience with System Testing and Load Testing
• Experience with EXFO and SIPP is a must have
• Some experience with virtualization tecnologies desirable
