Qa Automation Tester

Description:

Seeking a skilled QA Automation Tester with strong experience in Selenium WebDriver (C#), API testing, and Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will join an Agile QA team focused on building and maintaining automated test solutions for web-based applications.

Candidates must be local to Arizona and able to attend final round in-person interviews in Mesa, AZ. A technical assessment (Selenium, C#, Postman, Azure DevOps) will be required before interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and create detailed test cases and plans.
• Execute manual and automated tests during feature and regression testing cycles.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver (C#).
• Perform API testing using Postman or JMeter.
• Track, document, and manage bugs in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups.
• Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and analysts to ensure end-to-end quality.
• Continuously enhance test coverage and efficiency in automated pipelines.
• Review test outcomes and suggest improvements in testing strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–8 years of overall QA experience, focused on web application testing.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver with C#.
• Proven experience with Postman, SQL/PLSQL, and Azure DevOps/TFS.
• Proficiency in both UI and API testing techniques.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
