As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the integrity and performance of browser-based applications. Working within an Agile framework, you will collaborate closely with developers, QA team members, and business users to maintain high standards of software quality and reliability. This role encompasses both manual and automated testing, performance and load testing, and requires the creation of test documentation aligned with CAMP's compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead test planning, execution, traceability, and quality reporting for browser-based software products.

• Participate in all Agile events including sprint planning, execution, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Define the testing scope and evaluate all product changes for quality assurance coverage.

• Create and execute both manual and automated functional and non-functional tests.

• Conduct design, UI, performance, database, and API testing.

• Perform validation testing during nighttime deployments for production releases.

• Author QA documentation including test plans, test cases, defect logs, and test variation matrices.

• Maintain an up-to-date, organized test case library reflecting the latest requirements.

• Collaborate with offsite QA teams and continuously strive to improve quality processes.

• Liaise with development teams and other stakeholders to define and meet quality benchmarks.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in software QA engineering.

• Experience with software testing methodologies and the full software development lifecycle.

• Proven experience testing web-based (browser) applications.

Technical Skills:

• Scripting experience with VBScript or JavaScript

• Familiarity with Java or code review processes

• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as mabl or other UX/UI/API testing tools

• Proficiency in SQL for database validation

• Ability to author and manage detailed QA artifacts
