Quality Assurance Manager

Description:

The Delivery Specialist operates company vehicles to deliver automotive parts and products to professional customers safely and efficiently. The role includes returning customer cores/warranty items, keeping vehicles maintained and secure, and assisting with general store duties when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts/products safely and efficiently

• Use fleet management handheld devices for deliveries and signatures

• Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness

• Secure vehicle keys, cards, devices, and collected money at all times

• Pick up customer returns (new, warranty, cores) and complete return documentation

• Communicate customer issues or special needs to management

• Report maintenance needs, accidents, or vehicle damage immediately

• Refuel and secure vehicle at end of day

• Clock in/out per company policy

• Assist in customer service, stocking, sweeping, merchandising, and other duties as assigned

• Occasionally handle phones, cashier duties, or sales/service activities

Qualifications:
Required:

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to adapt to changing delivery situations

• Clean driving record meeting company’s 14/18-point system requirements

• Valid state driver’s license and company-mandated driving eligibility

Desired Characteristics:

• Familiarity with automotive parts

• Ability to operate light store equipment

• Bilingual, especially Spanish

• Strong customer service attitude

• Dependable and detail-oriented
