Quality Assurance Specialist

 

Description:

A Complaint Specialist is required for a 12+ month contract position in Exton, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience in complaint management or quality assurance within an FDA-regulated industry, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and document customer complaints following FDA compliance guidelines.
  • Analyze complaint data to identify trends and potential quality issues.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complaints and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of complaint investigations.
  • Maintain and follow regulatory requirements for medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or food industries.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Complaint Management or Quality Assurance in an FDA-regulated industry (Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Food).
  • Strong regulatory knowledge and ability to follow FDA compliance guidelines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in complaint tracking systems and documentation practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Medical Device industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
