Description:
A Complaint Specialist is required for a 12+ month contract position in Exton, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience in complaint management or quality assurance within an FDA-regulated industry, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and document customer complaints following FDA compliance guidelines.
- Analyze complaint data to identify trends and potential quality issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of complaint investigations.
- Maintain and follow regulatory requirements for medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or food industries.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Complaint Management or Quality Assurance in an FDA-regulated industry (Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Food).
- Strong regulatory knowledge and ability to follow FDA compliance guidelines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in complaint tracking systems and documentation practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Medical Device industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
